Trash trucks come early on Friday mornings so its best to get your trash, recycling and yard waste to the curb on Thursday night or before sunrise on Friday mornings. Residents should be aware that our Bylaws require trash and recycling bins to be removed from the curb within 24 hours after pickup. Recycling or trash bins cannot be stored at the front or sides of any house.

Anne Arundel County Bureau of Public Works, Department of Waste Management Division provides recycling/trash collection services as well as facilities for residents to drop off materials for disposal. Their website also provides useful information which includes information on curbside collection schedules, drop off facilities, list of materials accepted. There is even information on tips to handle your yard waste and old Christmas trees. Household Hazardous Waste Drop-off Days provide opportunities for residents to safely dispose of products containing harmful chemicals.
