Planning an exterior addition, change, alteration, or improvement to your home?

The bylaws require the HOA Architecture Committee to verify your proposed change conforms to the design and style of our community.

**Before submitting your request: **

Know which exterior home modifications are allowed in the Springridge HOA Bylaws
Avoid a fine by checking with the county whether you need a permit
You will receive a copy of your request
Allow a minimum of 3 to 5 days for the HOA to respond
Dial “811” for Miss Utility before digging
